Anxiety related to plan surgery

Purpose: anxiety can be resolved

with outcomes as follows:
  • the patient is able to express feelings.
  • the patient may note a decrease in anxiety or fear.
  • the patient can relax and sleep comfortably.

Interventions:
  • Monitor physical response, such as fatigue, changes in vital signs and movements are repetitive.
  • Advise the patient and family express and express fear.
  • Note the reaction of the patient or family. Provide for an opportunity to express his feelings.
  • Teach diversionary activity according to the ability of individuals such as writing,
  • watching tv, etc.

Rationale:
