1. Food intolerance

2. Food Allergies
You may experience intense abdominal pain after eating foods that trigger allergic reactions. Examples such as shellfish, peanuts, eggs, etc. Diary of food consumed is the best way to identify foods that cause these symptoms. Write a detailed food you consume throughout the day in this diary. After a few days, you can realize if you eat certain foods cause you experience abdominal pain.

Better to prevent, rather than cure. Eat regularly, do not eat a hurry, do not directly consume too much at once, and give pause 2-3 hours between eating and sleeping.
