Definition
Risk for Suicide is a risk of self-harm which can be life threatening. Suicide is the emergency psychiatry because it is the behavior to end of life. Suicidal behavior caused by prolonged stress are high and where individuals fail to perform coping mechanisms used in troubleshooting. Some of the reasons people end life is a failure to adapt, so it can not deal with stress, feelings of isolation, can occur due to loss of interpersonal relationships / fail to a meaningful relationship, anger / hostility, suicide can be a penalty on himself, the way to end the despair (Stuart, 2006).

Signs and symptoms
- Remedy had the idea of suicide.
- Expressed a desire to die.
- Reveals the guilt and despair.
- Impulsive.
- Indicate suspicious behavior (being very obedient).
- Having a history of suicide attempts.
- Verbal veiled (talking about death).
- Inquire about lethal doses of drugs.
- Emotional status (hope, rejection, increased anxiety, panic, anger, isolating themselves).
- Mental health (clinically client looks very depression, psychosis, dam abusing alcohol).
- Physical health (usually in clients with chronic or terminal illness).
- Unemployment.
- The failure in the loss of a job or career.
- 15- 19 years of age or over 45 years.
- Marital status (failed marriage).
- Work.
- Interpersonal conflict.
- Family background.
- Sexual orientation.
- Personal sources.
- Social sources.
- Being a victim of violent behavior as a child.
- Bathing / hygiene.
